In 2010, we completed the research and development design and prototype trial production of CNC four-axis peripheral grinding machine. Realize the indexable blade grinding of different materials such as hard alloy, cermet, ceramic CBN(cubic boron nitride), PCD(polycrystalline gold and steel).
In 2012, we began to develop and produce CPG series peripheral grinding machines. The first generation of CPG250 peripheral grinding machine was delivered to customers in bulk in 2013.
In 2015, CPG360 peripheral grinding machine came on the market, which realized the basis of peripheral grinding by once clamping to complete the processing of double-sided negative chamfering and groove grinding of special-shaped blades. CPG360 peripheral grinding machine through recent years of development has become my company's best-selling products, products have been sold to South Korea, Japan, Germany and China Taiwan region.
In 2017, our company's continuous development of peripheral grinding extension products, developed the CCG380 model of the four-axis slot knife grinder. In response to the tool manufacturers continue to increase the grinding demand for slot blades. CCG380 high rigidity machine structure, large size grinding wheel diameter, greatly reduce the blade grinding time.
In 2020, our company developed a new generation of CPG250T five-axis linkage tool grinder on the basis of CCG380 four-axis slot tool grinder to cope with more complex and diverse blade shapes.
In 2021, Zhejiang Liangxiao Precision Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was established and purchased land to build 26,000 square meters of modern plant.
The R&D and sales center will be established in Stuttgart, Germany in 2022.
The modern plant will be completed in early 2023 to meet the company's growing capacity needs.
